If you want to ensure you eat nutritious, filling meals, and still be able to
gradually lose weight, this is for you. Our menus are not about binge weight loss, they're
about eating foods that maintain a strong bone structure, support your immune system,
control your intake of cholesterol and sodium, provide essential
fatty acids, and so forth while helping you to lose weight if losing weight is what you want to do.
Some of you may want to gain weight.
A woman needs least 25 grams
of fiber and 1,200 milligrams (mg) of calcium daily. A man needs 30 grams of fiber and 1,000
mg of calcium daily. If you check the popular diet
plans on the market you will note some may not have menus that provide you
with those minimum requirements day after day. Our one-week menus average over 25
grams of fiber and 1,200 mg of calcium daily while remaining below 300 mg cholesterol and
2,400 mg of sodium! Please check out a

Our menu provides for one four ounce glass of wine daily. If you
do not drink alcohol, you may substitute another beverage. Be aware that a glass of
water is zero calories, a 4oz glass of wine is 82 calories, and an 8oz glass of skim milk
is 100 calories. Use your own good judgement. The recipes for this menu are for two people.
